Nextcloud, rebuilt for a small circle
I took Nextcloud and modified it heavily, so it could be a space for a selected few to work on projects together, with an encrypted area to share files and to talk.
Chat and calls, with recording and transcription. Documents edited together in the browser. Element is built in, so Matrix chat sits beside your files. Custom widgets for working with the AI agents. The code behind it all lives on a Git server of our own.

Hub.
“Cor” is Latin for heart. Jo Cor is a personal workshop, and this website is its heart. It serves as the main hub for the community, social channels, and fashion collection, kept moving by an all-around agent that writes posts and renders visuals on the workshop’s dedicated GPU.
Technology.
Everything technical lives here: AI models running on your local hardware instead of the cloud, network infrastructure connecting the machines, and continuous system monitoring. Built with Ollama, Docker, and Tailscale while tracking the latest developments in AI and robotics.
Cybersecurity.
Security for real systems: host audits, log analysis, and scheduled integrity checks run by a locked-down agent that hardened its own server the day it hatched. Camera monitoring, automated briefings, and verifiable defense for local infrastructure.
Healthcare.
A personal health assistant tracking nutrition, supplements, and physical training while learning your individual profile over time. Automated movement reminders, activity logs, and complete data privacy with all metrics stored locally on your device.
Craft.
Physical craftsmanship and engineering: woodworking, metal fabrication, mechanics, 3D printing, and off-grid homestead systems. Supported by an automated agent managing workshop documentation, parts logistics, and paperwork.
Vault.
Send the agent articles, web links, audio, or video files to automatically transcribe and organize into your private vault. Hosted on local Nextcloud storage and searchable with your own AI models for fast knowledge retrieval.
Food.
Automation for home agriculture: hydroponics and environmental controls for growing vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms. Includes zero-waste local distribution planning and an assistant tracking regional farms and farmers markets.
